How to place an order?
Always mention in your first e-mail:
- List of items you want including the format, quantity (and the colour/size/.. when applicable).
- Your full name, postal address and country.
- Registered sending if desired (+ 4,60 EUR).
- Method of payment.
As a reply you'll get a price overview including postage, packaging, possible payment fees and the total amount due in Euro (€).
How to pay?
Available payment methods include:
- Hidden cash in a letter, at own risk. Only Euro (€) bank notes! The change will be returned together with your package.
- Bank transfer national.
- Bank transfer within EU (IBAN + Swift/BIC).
- PayPal for rest of world (PayPal fees are added).
What about postage and packaging?
This will be calculated for you based on the items you ordered and the country they need to be shipped to,
so as mentioned before you should clearly state this in your first e-mail.
Of course the most recent official postage rates from the Belgian postal services are always applied and shipping is possible worldwide.
For example postage for 2-5 or 6-14 tapes with cases remains the same, just as with 2-8 tapes without cases.
CDs can be shipped without cases on request too.
To bring p&p to a bare minimum only 0,20 EUR is counted for packaging of orders < 350g and nothing for packaging of orders >= 350g.
How do I know what the items will cost in my own currency?
Prices on the Distribution page are always in Euro (€). You can calculate the equivalent price in your national currency yourself using XE.
The price overview including the total you will get in response to your order will always be in Euro (€).
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped at latest next Saturday morning after your payment has arrived,
but sooner when possible.
How to reserve items?
Items you see on the News page, Distribution page or in newsletters can be kept aside for you until all items are in stock if desired.
You should write an e-mail containing your full name and the list of items including the quantities you want to reserve.
There is absolutely no guarantee on how fast the items will be in stock as this obviously entirely depends on the other party that will deliver them.
Please refrain from asking when your items will be in stock too often. You'll get a reply as soon as everything is available.
How long will my reservation be kept aside?
When doing reservations certain items can be cancelled from your reservation if they get sold out (excluding reservations) and
you don't complete your order within 6 weeks after you receive the message of all items being available together with the payment details.
